Diamond Accelerator is seeking a motivated Medspa Coordinator in Phoenix to join our aesthetics and wellness practice. This role goes beyond a front desk, helping create a seamless client experience while supporting growth and daily operations.

As the first and last point of contact, you will manage scheduling, memberships, and treatments, while delivering friendly service and achieving KPIs. If you’re organized, sales-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications.
• Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients on memberships, treatment packages, promotions, and services.
• Help achieve clinic goals through membership sales, rebooking, and client retention.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate provider schedules and support daily clinic operations.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an outstanding client experience.
