Responsibilities

Medium Voltage Work: Install, maintain, and repair switch gear, transformers, and distribution panels.
Generator Maintenance: Weekly preventative maintenance and test runs on emergency standby generators.
System Monitoring: Check substation instruments and switchboards; interpret readings.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use blueprints, diagrams, tools and testing instruments to locate problems.
Safety Compliance: Follow NFPA 70E rules and facility policies.
Equipment Operation: Operate lift/bucket trucks for outdoor lighting repairs.
