Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a High Voltage Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment used in generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. You will work from blueprints and layouts, diagnose issues, perform load calculations, and ensure NEC safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 45 lbs, proficient computer skills, and a TS/SCI with CIP clearance. NICET Level II and journeyman/master license are required or expected, with a strong emphasis on safety

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment as listed (generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems).
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and layouts to determine installation requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system problems.
• Perform standard load calculations for wiring and equipment.
• Use hand tools, measuring and testing instruments.
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to NEC guidelines.
