Job summary

Olos Chattanooga is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare and serve beverages and foods to guests. You will roll up your sleeves to assist the team and uphold our Every Guest Every Time philosophy.

Qualifications include training completion, ability to greet guests, mix drinks to recipes, handle payments, maintain bar inventory, and comply with laws. • Complete required training and follow SOPs.
• Provide friendly, personalized service to guests.
• Greet guests, take inquiries, and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws.
• Total, process, and collect payments via POS.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory.
• Ensure beverage perishables are fresh.
• Assist team with food/beverage service as needed.
