Responsibilities

• Prepare guests’ drinks as ordered.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain dating, labeling, and rotation of beverages.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Maintain a clean bar and attractive display.
• Provide attentive service and part of the guest dining experience.
