Tabboulee - Gyros & Falafels in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Kitchen Team Member / Line Cook for a fast-paced Mediterranean quick-service environment. You will handle food prep, assembly, and service with a focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and proteins according to recipe and portion standards.
• Build pitas, bowls, salads, sides, and other menu items with consistency and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and support kitchen cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients, packaging, and service items.
• Take orders and provide strong guest service when needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house needs as part of a cross-trained team.
