Meditech is seeking a Healthcare IS Information Security Director for a 12-month engagement in the United States. This role leads revenue cycle operations with deep expertise in Meditech (Magic, Expanse, 6.0) and collaborates with IT, operations, and executives to drive secure, efficient billing.

The director defines KPIs, analyzes data to optimize performance, and oversees insourcing and migration efforts while ensuring data integrity and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-back-end revenue cycle operations with deep expertise in Meditech (Magic, Expanse, 6.0), with working knowledge of Epic hospital billing (HB) workflows
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs); interpret operational and financial data to drive process improvements and optimize billing performance
• Oversee revenue cycle workstreams during large-scale insourcing and system migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and continuity of operations
• Act as a strategic leader and client-facing partner, contributing to solution design, operational strategy, and (for FTE hires) participation in RFPs and pursuits
• Manage and mentor teams while collaborating cross-functionally with IT, operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
