Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC seeks a Senior Consultant Advisor for a 4-month remote part-time contract starting in November. The candidate must have MEDITECH Lab Expanse upgrade experience (2.1 to 2.2) and serve as a Lab Analyst with expertise in laboratory workflows, interoperability, and testing.

The role focuses on validating upgraded lab functionality, supporting interface testing, workflow optimization, and go-live readiness across a Midwest-based client. This position is not open to vendors.

Qualifications

• MEDITECH Lab Expanse upgrade 2.1 to 2.2 lab experience is required.
• Subject matter expert in lab workflows, system configuration, interoperability, and testing for the upgrade.
• Review current lab workflows, validate functionality, support testing, and assist with go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Review current laboratory workflows, validating laboratory functionality within the upgraded environment, and supporting interface and interoperability testing.
• Assist with workflow optimization opportunities, participate in integrated and user acceptance testing activities, document issues, and support remediation and go-live readiness.
• Communicate findings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth upgrade process.
