Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking a MEDITECH Pharmacy Analyst for a 4‑month contract starting in November in the Midwest. The role focuses on Expanse 2.2 upgrade support, pharmacy operations review, and specialized oncology/medication management workflows.

The analyst will assist with design recommendations, configuration validation, testing, defect resolution, end-user readiness, and go‑live support as needed. This position is not open to vendors.

Qualifications

• Lab Expanse upgrade 2.1 to 2.2 lab experience is required.
• Specialized support for oncology and medication management workflows.
• Experience reviewing pharmacy operations and medication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review pharmacy operations, medication ordering, and treatment plan validation.
• Manage chemotherapy regimens and medication verification workflows.
• Validate pharmacy-related configuration, assist testing, and support go-live.
• Provide end-user readiness support and defect resolution assistance.

Our client, based in the Midwest, is seeking a MEDITECH Pharmacy Analyst for a 4-month contract starting in November.

Responsibilities:

• MEDITECH Lab Expanse upgrade 2.1 to 2.2 lab experience is required.
• The Pharmacy Analyst will provide specialized support for Oncology and medication management workflows impacted by the Expanse 2.2 upgrade.
• Responsibilities include reviewing pharmacy operations, medication ordering, treatment plan validation, chemotherapy regimen management, medication verification workflows, medication safety processes, and clinical decision support.
• The analyst will support design recommendations, validate pharmacy-related configuration and integrations, participate in testing activities, assist with defect resolution, support pharmacy end-user readiness, and provide go-live support as needed.
