The Springs Living is hiring compassionate caregivers at The Springs at Greer Gardens in Eugene, Oregon. You will support residents with daily routines outlined in their service plans, provide warmth and companionship, and help develop or revise service plans in collaboration with a supervisor. • Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Providewarmth, companionship, and patienceto support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights

If you are new to the field of health services we do provide all training necessary to become successful in your new position, we also offer optional training classes online and in-person to further your career development.
