The Springs Living, LLC is seeking Medication Technicians to provide med administration support and health services for residents in a compassionate, on-site setting. You will collaborate with physicians, home health, hospice, and pharmacy teams to ensure accurate care and documentation.

Training is provided; prior caregiving or Med Tech experience is preferred, along with knowledge of medical terminology and a commitment to safety and resident well-being.

• Additionally, Medication Technicians work as the on-floor supervisor.

Medication Technicians provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Administers or assists residents to self-administer medications and treatments;
• Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Additionally, Medication Technicians work as the on-floor supervisor

Qualifications:

• We are looking for people who have the following traits: organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and have a passion to serve others.
• Caregiving or Med Tech Experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.
