Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, Oregon is hiring compassionate caregivers for The Springs at Greer Gardens. You will support residents with daily routines, offer warmth, companionship, and patience, and help implement service plans with staff guidance.

Training is provided to help you succeed in this role within our Assisted Living and Memory Care environment. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age required.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
