Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician for our Memory Care setting to support residents with daily routines, assist with personal care, and ensure safety and dignity. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming
• Fulfill all duties for a medication technician
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Answer pages and call lights
