Compass Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for weekend doubles (6am–10pm) to help deliver safe, compassionate medication administration and support for residents. The role emphasizes leading shift teams, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with management to uphold high standards of resident care.

The position requires strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a busy senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and support to residents.
• Must meet health requirements as specified by state/federal regulations.
• Read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Guide and support Care Partners and Med Techs during shift.
• Supervise storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents’ medications.
• Assist with interviewing and orienting new Care Partners and Med Techs.
