ASPENHILLS is seeking a Medication Technician to assist in administering medications to residents under physician orders, with guidance from the Health Services Director. You will ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.

The role requires a licensed Medication Aide and the ability to accurately document medication administration, verify resident identity, and maintain confidentiality. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and documents and present information.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by physician.
• Follow facility policies and procedures for medication administration.
• Accurately prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and report medication errors.
