Job summary

Regent Court Memory Care in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized care for residents with memory loss. You will support daily activities, offer companionship, and contribute to a nurturing, resident-first environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CNA/HCA certification, CPR and food handlers’ certificates, and prior caregiving experience is preferred. Earn from $19.50 to $22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and on-demand pay.

Responsibilities

• Be a Patient Advocate: Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
• Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
• Collaborate and Report: Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor Vitals: Take and record residents' vitals, and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
