You will provide direct resident care, administer medications as prescribed, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure safe, compassionate care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• Current Med Tech certification in Wisconsin.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities
