Job summary

Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin, is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the NOC shift to administer medications and support residents per individualized care plans.

You will work closely with the nursing team to monitor responses, manage vital signs, assist with personal care, and maintain precise medication records while contributing to care conferences and collaborative planning.

Qualifications

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed and in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents’ responses to medications and report adverse reactions to the nursing team.
• Assist with vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
