Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team
Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any changes to the nursing team
Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members
Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
