Qualifications

• Prior direct-care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English while ensuring patient safety.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Must be able to perform the physical tasks required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor well‑being and comfort.
• Provide social and emotional support while encouraging independence.
• Manage the medication cart and maintain up‑to‑date supplies and quality control.
