Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in a home-like setting. You will manage medications, build relationships with residents, and contribute to overall health under supervision.

The role offers Part-Time or Full-Time options with 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts and every other weekend off. Competitive pay ($18–$21/hour) based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and on-campus meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct-care experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate resident medications with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments, observing day-to-day health.
• Provide social and emotional support while encouraging resident independence.
• Manage medication cart, ensuring up-to-date supplies and accuracy.
