Qualifications

• Direct-care experience with residents preferred.
• Ability to observe resident day-to-day health and well-being.
• High level of organization and ability to manage medications accurately.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments.
• Provide social and emotional support and encourage independence.
• Manage medication cart with up-to-date supplies and quality control.
• Follow patient rights and confidentiality policies.
