Job summary

QSL Management's Glenncrest at Johns Creek is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to support residents in a luxury senior living community. You will help manage medications, document changes, and ensure safe administration in a standards-compliant environment.

Requirements include a State license for Medication Technician, CPR/First Aid preferred, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Experience with older adults is valued, and the team emphasizes wellness, safety, and compassionate

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed; distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
