Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Charleston, South Carolina seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication administration within scope. You will follow policies, support move-in transitions, perform cart audits, document in EMAR, and communicate resident status to the nursing leadership.

CPR/First Aid certified preferred and willingness to complete training.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits and attend ongoing education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain organization of the cart.
• Report resident status and incidents to nursing leadership.
• Support move-in transition and communicate with residents and families as needed.
