Compass Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to join our team and ensure safe, compliant delivery of medications. You will lead the shift, guide Care Partners, and coordinate with administrators to support residents' Growth and Wellness plans.

Responsibilities include passing medications, supervising storage and distribution, and participating in staff interviews and orientations. We value compassion, teamwork, and dedication to elder care in a vibrant community.

Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist self-administration as required by state law.
• Guide and support Med Techs on the shift.
• Lead Care Partners as a role model of kindness, accountability, and collaboration.
• Participate in interviewing new Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Provide orientation and training for new staff.
• Coordinate scheduling with RCC and Administrator.
• Supervise storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents' meds.
• Ensure compliance with Compass policies and procedures.
