Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Medication Technician for The Barclay at Saint Augustine to cover the 3pm–11pm shift. Weekend options include 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm for part-time schedules. The role emphasizes accurate medication delivery and resident care in a senior living setting.

The position requires a caring attitude, a state license, and flexibility to work various shifts. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with prior experience serving older adults encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in health and status of residents and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed; Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

We are currently looking for a Medication Technician for The Barclay at Saint Augustine for the 3pm to 11pm shift. We also have part time for weekends 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
