Position Details

Position: Medication Technician

Shifts: AM/PM/NOC, with schedule options including SUN-THURS, TUES-SAT, weekends, and holidays required.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order, track, and manage medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medication records.
• Ensure a safe environment following safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience assisting with medication in an RCFE.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pass criminal background and health screening tests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination and PPE use, may be required.
