Job Description

Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team remotely.

Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
  • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarify orders as needed

Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Requirements

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy
  • LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
  • Great telephone etiquette
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
