Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Ability to follow departmental safety and sanitation procedures.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient with basic computer and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and record medications as prescribed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes.
• Communicate with physicians, consultants, and the care team.
• Schedule physician appointments and transportation if needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and documentation.
• Respond to emergency alert calls and provide prompt action.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety and well-being.
