You will assist with medications, vital signs, and daily living activities; coordinate with physicians and transportation; and ensure regulatory compliance in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Ability to follow departmental safety, sanitation and hazardous waste procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, family and prospective residents; supervise and record medications.
• Take vital signs, communicate with physicians and arrange transportation; ensure regulatory compliance.
