Job summary

The Legacy at Santa Fe is seeking a Medication Tech to support seniors with medication administration and related care. The role emphasizes accuracy, compassion, and adherence to state requirements while collaborating with licensed staff.

The ideal candidate holds CMA certification, has 6+ months experience with older adults, and demonstrates clear communication in English with residents and teammates. This position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet state certification requirements.
• Minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration or medication assistance per state requirements and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff, providing compassionate care and multi-task as needed.

Highlights of the Medication Tech Position:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements (required)

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00.
