Job summary

Pegasus Landing of North Richland Hills seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with medication assistance and administration per physician orders. A minimum of six months' experience with older adults and clear English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance or administration to residents per orders.
• Communicate with residents and staff clearly and compassionately.
• Maintain careful documentation and ensure resident safety.
• Multitask and support overall resident care needs as assigned.

Highlights of the Medication Tech Position:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements (required)
• A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Responsible for medication assistance or administration of medications, according to the state requirements and written physicians’ orders.
