Job summary

Kisco Senior Living in Sandy, UT seeks a Medication Technician to administer medications and assist residents with self-administration while supporting daily living activities. You will monitor changes in condition, coordinate with Care Services and physicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a CNA background or Nursing Assistant training and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Nursing Assistant course (State approved, if required).
• First Aid and CPR certification must be current.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents for changes in condition and report to Care Services Director.
• Provide medication setup and assistance to residents.
• Log in medications from pharmacies and verify physician orders.
• Track medications and reorder as needed.
• Document changes using company forms for resident care.
• Support resident-centered wellness and maintain safety and dignity.
