Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc is seeking a Medication Tech to supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents, under the Wellness Director’s guidance. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Home Health Aid/Personal Care aide experience preferred.
• Must be trainable and available for on-site training.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrange for childcare if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• Report changes in residents’ health and document for Wellness Director.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain safety procedures.
• Communicate with staff and other departments to coordinate care.
• Provide daily living assistance per each resident’s plan of care.
