Pegasus Landing of Tanglewood in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Medication Tech (CMA) to support our seniors. The role focuses on medication assistance and administration in accordance with physician orders, while providing compassionate care that enhances residents' quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have CMA certification, at least six months of relevant experience with older adults, and strong English communication skills for interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements.
• Minimum six months of relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance or administer medications according to state requirements and written physicians’ orders.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff in both oral and written form.
• Maintain accurate medication records and follow care plans as directed.
