Job summary

Gig Harbor Court Independent Living and Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Tech to assist residents with medications in accordance with state regulations and physician orders. You will collaborate with nursing staff to support safe, quality care.

Qualified candidates hold CMA certification and have at least 6 months of experience with older adults, with strong communication skills in English. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within PSL.

Highlights of the Medication Tech Position:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements (required)
• A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Responsible for medication assistance or administration of medications, according to the state requirements and written physicians’ orders.
• Ideal candidate will be caring, organized and able to multi-task.

The salary for this position is $23.00.
