Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical and operational pharmacy leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmacy including Joint Commission, Board of Pharmacy, USP, EPA, and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical workload and operational staffing for the department.
• Realign resources to meet daily workload and manage staff call-offs.
• Monitor formulary and purchasing management; generate reports to quantify clinical and operational activities.
• Chair or participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics and Medication Safety committees across the system.
