Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner at North Olmsted, OH. The role involves ensuring proper medication administration, maintaining carts and records, and supporting residents with daily activities in a compassionate environment.

The team emphasizes empathy, trust, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth and within-team recognition. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and evening shifts from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You must be appropriately certified per state guidelines and certification is active and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• You must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to or 7 days after employment; must be TB-free.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
