Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for a full-time role in North Royalton, OH. The position runs 7:00am–7:00pm with a bi-weekly schedule and pay range of $21–$26.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining carts, and assisting residents with daily activities. Ideal candidates are 18+, state-certified, with a high school diploma, professional demeanor, strong English communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be appropriately certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
