Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Partner in Highland Heights, OH. The role runs 7:00am–7:00pm with a pay range of $21–$26.50 per hour, requiring empathy, reliability, and strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include proper medication administration, maintaining carts and records, and assisting residents with ADLs. Candidates must meet age, certification, and health requirements and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Certification per state guidelines and active in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening for TB and general health within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
