Job summary

The Henry Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to support residents with safe medication administration and daily living activities. The role requires empathy, reliability, and strong English communication with residents.

Shift schedule includes evenings, with a 7:00pm–11:00pm window and rotating days. We offer benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certification per state guidelines and active.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Must read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Proficient in computer use (print/enter resident data).
• Physical: standing/walking/bending/kneeling/stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment; TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as required.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
