Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years of age.
State-certified and active certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Mature interpersonal skills to work with coworkers.
Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
Must have computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Criminal background cleared.
Health screening and, if required, TB testing.”

Responsibilities

Ensure proper administration of medication.
Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Support residents with activities of daily living as needed.
