Competitive Pay & Bonuses:

$22.00–$28 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Additional $ for waiving benefits (Per Diem)

Additional $4/hr for Weekend Only (7a-3p & 3 PM – 11 PM shifts)

$2 shift diff 3p-11p, $5 shift diff 11p-7a, additional $1 on weekend shifts

Position Summary:
The Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) plays an important role in supporting the nursing team and providing quality care to residents. In this role, the MNA is responsible for administering medications as directed by physicians and supervised by licensed nursing staff, while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns to the nursing team.
