Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and report concerns to nursing staff.

• Assist residents with daily care needs and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and security of medications.
• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a positive care environment.
