Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Solution Architect for Medication Management in the United States. You will drive solution design, workflows, and client engagements across health IT projects including EHR integration.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through upgrades, providing expert consultation, and mentoring teams on best practices. Travel up to 20% may be required to support multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in health care IT implementation or consulting.
• 2+ years of Electronic Health Record solution work.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Strong communication with technical, clinical and operational teams.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts clearly.
• Preferred: Netsmart EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workflow and solution design during client engagements.
• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes and maintenance.
• Serve as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain client relationships and support engagement goals.
• Lead events, analyze workflows, and create documentation and content.
