Job summary

Netsmart is looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant to build lasting client relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive value across the healthcare sectors. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience.

The consultant will complete system configurations, document business requirements, and mentor application analysts, all while possibly traveling 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience.
• At least 1 year of process improvement experience.
• Experience with reporting solutions such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary.
• Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements.
• Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts.
