Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Consulting Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions across healthcare organizations. You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable configurations within Netsmart's EHR and care record environments.

You will lead client engagements, guide solution design decisions, manage deliverables, and mentor teams while balancing technical excellence with clear communication and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of health care information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts clearly.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex information to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Assess workflows and identify opportunities for integration and potential pitfalls.
• Serve as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Manage client relationships and ensure escalation and engagement support.
• Resolve escalated issues using solution knowledge during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing.
• Ensure project delivery meets engagement goals.
• Coach and mentor solution teams and new associates on methodologies.
