Job summary

The Solution Delivery Consultant – Pharmacy partners with clients to configure, test, and optimize software in pre-production and production environments to drive adoption and improve operational outcomes across pharmacy workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting working experience.
Written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.
Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments.
Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues.
Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows, including pharmacy and medication-related operational processes when applicable.
Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.
