Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Medication History Technician I to prepare complete medication histories and collaborate with the care team to ensure accurate records.

You will educate patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information. Position offers rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts, limited to 20 hours per week, with every-other weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.

Hours

• Rotating 8 or 12 Hour Shifts (Evening Shifts (Hours are based on operational needs)
• Limited (20 Hours/Week)
• Every other weekend (8 hours shifts, evening shift 3:30p - 12 midnight) & 1 day per week (12 hour shift, 10:30a - 11p)

Salary Range

Minimum $19.02/hour - Maximum $30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
