Shifts are rotating (8/12 hours), limited to 20 hours per week, with every-other-weekend coverage. Requires pharmacy tech credentials and completion of accredited training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Completion of ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complete medication histories for patients.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records.
• Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.
